FLORIDA SALES TAX:
I am required to collect Florida sales tax if the products are being shipped to a Florida address. If your mailing address is not located in Florida, this section does not apply to your order.
NOTE: I have used the most common tax rate of 7%.... 6% for State and 1% for County. If you live in Florida, and your total tax percentage is different, please send me a convo through ETSY, and I will create a specific listing that shows the adjusted tax amount.

COMPLIANCE: My second ETSY shop, Hollyhock Frocks, is exclusively for children's items. All items listed in Hollyhock Frocks are made with safety in mind. I follow the required federal guidelines for children's clothing/accessories/toys, and label each accordingly.
Be sure to look for compliant items for your child's safety when dealing with handmade items. If you don't know if a seller is compliant, ask them. It takes a lot of time to maintain this standard, and compliant sellers will gladly give you the details of their work.
SHIPPING MISC.:
I use USPS for all shipping. I do not ship outside of the United States. Typically, I use either First Class or Priority Flat Rate-whichever gives the better pricing for your order. Both come with tracking information with is provided to you, as soon as it is available to me.
RETURNS:
Hopefully, you will be very pleased with any product you order from my Cool Threads Shop. However, should you be unhappy for whatever reason, I do accept new, unused items (labels still attached) for an exchange or refund (less shipping/handling).
Items that I do not accept for returns or exchange: Earrings for personal hygiene reasons. Items that are extremely custom (ID tags, for example) with names, dates, phone numbers, etc.
